🌟Welcome to Vanessa from Arnoks Special Fried Chicken - Invercargill NZ! 🌟

There's nothing quite like the comfort of perfectly crispy, deeply flavorful fried chicken.

This week, we're thrilled to officially introduce Vanessa, the smiling face behind Arnoks Special Fried Chicken. Vanessa has recently joined our market family, bringing an authentic taste of the Philippines straight to Murihiku.

We caught up with Vanessa to hear the story behind the crunch:

🍗 The Story Behind the Recipe
"I was inspired to start the fried chicken business because we just love fried chicken (Filipino-style)! We franchised 'Arnoks' originally from the Philippines. It brings the exact taste of what we love about fried chicken back home, using our own traditional ingredients."

🍟 The "Must-Try" Menu Items
"My personal favorite is the classic fried chicken served with rice and gravy, it’s pure comfort food. But if you're looking at what the market crowds are loving, the chicken poppers with chips and gravy are an absolute hit!"

💛 Joining the Market Whanau
"It’s seeing how much everyone enjoys coming to the market, whether they are here for the hot food, the fresh veggies, or the local crafts. I also love how friendly the other stallholders are - everyone is always ready to lend a hand."

We are so lucky to have Vanessa and her team adding to the vibrant energy (and delicious options!) of our market mornings.
