Orders:
When inquiring about a cake or sweet treat please include the following info to make the process a bit faster
-Date required for
-How many it needs to feed
-Ideas on Design or a theme for your event
-Any photos that you would like me to use as inspiration
I check my messages as often as possible and if you do not get a reply straight away it means
that I am busy in the Kitchen and I will get back to you as soon as I can. Pickups:
My main set pickup times are Friday 4-5pm and Saturday 9-11am. Pickups outside of these hours can be arranged at request and per order. The above will change slightly in winter as I have 3 children who all play winter sport and these can sometimes be in all different directions! Delivery:
This is mainly offered to weddings but can be added to any order is I have the time to do so. Dietary Requirements:
I can definitely cater for Gluten Free, Dairy Free/Vegan
However I am not a sole GF Kitchen. If it is a requirement for a severe Coeliac I would recommend going to a cakery that deals in Exclusive GF Baking. If you send me a message I can point you in the right direction. As my registered home kitchen is a dual space I do also have to state that my products are made in a space that also handles Eggs, Dairy, Tree nuts, Nuts, Wheat soy and occasionally Shellfish. Deposits and Cancellations:
I require a deposit at the time of booking to secure your order. I then ask that the remainder of the balance be paid the week of collection. In the event of a cancelation with a week or more notice full deposit will be refunded minus the amount of any work started on your order. Cancelations with less than a weeks notice will be at my discretion as to if I refund the deposit. This will depend on any work carried out on the cake already. Obviously Life happens and things pop up and in the new Covid 19 world that we live in I am aware that things can change rapidly. Please just reach out asap if you are needing to change anything about your order. This way we can work out the best way forward for us both whether that be a refund or simply moving your order to a future weekend. I look forward to working with you:)
