This year, our talented team of butchers have created a mouth-watering Exclusive Easter Box, packed with everything you need to impress around the table or the BBQ.

What a Summer we have had!
There has not been a dull moment, and we have hit the ground flying this year!
We have had Ram Sales, Weddings, Menu Launches, Cocktail Events, Icebreaker visiting the farm and much more.
Its been all go and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

As we look forward and into Autumn, we are getting excited for Easter!
Chocolate and Lamb are the perfect combo, and we are excited to launch our new Easter box THIS week, so keep your eyes peeled for this!

We are proud to announce our partnership with the New Zealand International Convention Centre (NZICC), which officially opened on the 12th of February.

Ahead of the opening, we were delighted to attend the recent menu launch event, where Chef Rob and his team delivered an exceptional dining experience. The creativity, flavour, and presentation of the dishes were outstanding, perfectly highlighting the quality of not only our high-country lamb but a number of other fabulous New Zealand producers.

This partnership marks an exciting milestone for Middlehurst Station, connecting our High Country farmed Marlborough Lamb with one of New Zealand’s most significant new hospitality destinations.

We are so excited for this new partnership and can not wait for the new relationships and connections that we build through it.
