Mt Eliza has pushed the boundaries and brought back raw milk cheese making to New Zealand! 🙌🏼

Their raw milk Farmhouse cheddar is dense and earthy-rich, sweet and nutty with parmesan notes on the edges and the complexity of flavour that only unpasteurised cheddar can give.

The sweet, nutty Maasdam from MeyerCheese in Waikato. Maasdam is one of our best selling cheeses. It's a good all-rounder, great for a cheese board or to use on toasties or as topping over your pasta dish.

Creamy Cumin from Karikaas dairy in Loburn, North Canterbury. This creamy, buttery cumin cheese is perfect on a cheese board paired with a glass of w**e.
This cumin cheese is also one of our best sellers.
