I'll be catering for this lovely party tomorrow!
The main course will be packed with wholesome veggies, plenty of plant protein and boosting with herbs and flavour.

It will be sort of a veggie bolognese Amke-style (which kinda means randomly throwing veggies together in one pot..)

As usual I will cater for as many dietary requirements out there as possible. The dish will be vegan, gluten free, oil free, sugar free, nut free and soy free.
And my fav DJ Anirvan gets his special portion which additionally is onion and garlic free as well.

One of my favourite little people breathed three wishes for her birthday cake: chocolate, pink icing and hundreds'n'thousands.

Because I am who I am, I also made it vegan, gluten free, refined sugar free, oil free and very yummy of course. Ah, and I hid some veggies in there - cheeky monkey...
(Exception to the health rule are the sprinkles, as those are ordinary store bought ones.)

The crazy pink cashew cream is created with Pink Pitaya from Misty Day Plant Potions - love it!
