QRC Culinary Based in Kerikeri, QRC Culinary offers hands-on culinary certificates at Level 3 and Level 4. Both of our courses are really hands-on!

If you're keen to be a chef, QRC Culinary has the right ingredients to get you started. We offer a New Zealand Certificate in Cookery Level 3, and a New Zealand Certificate in Cookery Level 4 (pending NZQA approval). You'll learn in the classroom and spend lots of time in the commercial kitchen. Even better, you’ll put the skills you have learnt into practice, running the on-site restaurant and preparing meals for guests, just like being a professional chef.
