Kia ora Kerikeri,

I’m looking to rent a small, tidy space in an industrial or vehicle‑storage yard for my Tinana Fuel customer pick‑up cabin.

What I need:
area for a
Small office‑sized cabin (see photo)
and availability for my customers to grab n go

Operating days: Wed / Thu / Fri

Hours: 11:30am–1:30pm- 2 pm if needed

Purpose: Quick customer pick‑ups only (no queues, no waiting)

Impact: No noise, no cooking, no mess, no disruption

Preferred location: Carver Lane / Cobham Road entrance area

Placement: Beside an existing power junction box if possible

Rent: Weekly rent paid, reliable and consistent

This is a temporary setup while I secure my long‑term location.
I keep everything tidy, respectful, and low‑impact.
