This October, we're proud to take part in the Savour Northland Challenge 2025, celebrating the region's finest ingredients and beverages.
Our entry, the Northland Beef Duo, is paired with the elegant Dancing Petrel Syrah. This dish is our signature dish and an exploration of Northland's rich landscapes and culture. Made with locally sourced ingredients including Mahoe blue cheese, Keri Kitchen beetroot relish, Dargaville kumara, New Zealand veal and beef cheek. Infused with kawakawa and honouring Maori traditions of kaitiakitanga, this dish embodies the essence of Northland - its forests, land, and the produce within.
Available 1 - 31 October 2025, daily from 5:30pm - 9:00pm.
