A Lauriston Harvest

Welcome to First Light Farms
We are a collective of passionate farmers and foodies. We started with pasture-raised Venison, then we went about inventing 100% grass-fed Wagyu beef.

We believe in quality over quantity and promise to produce and provide you with the best meat you’ll ever taste.

Honoring every animal by not just using all of it but using it in the very best way. A consciously farmed approach that showcases the exceptional quality of our meat and continues to show respect for our animals and the environment.

It’s about doing what’s right, day after day. Generation after generation.
