💫 Seeking Mother Hen 💫

Looking for a motivated team leader to assist our weekend staff to give leadership and guidance
To support us as owners while working with us while we develope and expand

Hours Saturday and Sunday 8am to finish approx 1pm - other shifts are available during week to cover school hoildays - sick leave and week day staff hoildays

Role includes - managing our onsite shop
Stocking - cash handling- dealing with public

Working along side weekend staff to insure job is done to high level but in expected time frames

Chicken management- making sure our number ones are well kept - feed and happy including our smaller chicks

Processing orders so they are ready to dispatch on mondays

Must be able to drive manual- give instructions to younger staff members and understand you are our main source of contact for weekends
With the ability to drive a tractor or the willingness to learn

Egg collecting - processing role

Postions : Saturday and Sunday role
( can do both days or 1 )

Extra work available to cover sickness / hoildays and school holidays

Hours : 8am to finish ( approx 1pm depending on eggs and duties required)

Start date : Flexible for right people

Training : full training will be given so no experience necessary just a can do atattuite

Job : collecting - processing eggs - some working closing with chickens ( walk throughs to check on birds )

Must be reliable - to be able to work alone and with others
Work towards times to move onto the next task
Have a good eye for detail
