Imagine walking into Sip Nutrition Studio in 1988… 💿🥤

That was the year Herbalife Nutrition arrived in New Zealand eight years after launching with the original Formula 1 shake.

What began with one product in 1980 has grown into a global nutrition brand, an ever-evolving product range and around 65,000 Nutrition Shops worldwide.

Today, those products are behind the smoothies, loaded teas and protein creations we serve right here at Sip.

The packaging has changed.
The range has grown.
The hairstyles… thankfully moved on. 😂

I’m just here as your friendly reminder that your body still needs water.

Fun fact: Most people naturally drink less in winter because they don’t feel as thirsty. That doesn’t mean you’re any less likely to become dehydrated.

So between the coffees, hot chocolates and cups of tea, don’t forget to top up your hydration too.

Rylee and I are heading away to celebrate a very special wedding in beautiful Rarotonga 💍🌺
While we’re away, we’ve made a few temporary changes to our opening hours:
🕚 Thursday: 11:00am – 2:30pm
🕚 Friday: 11:00am – 2:30pm
🕚 Monday: 11:00am – 2:30pm
❌ Closed Saturday & Sunday
The lovely Samsara will be holding down the fort and serving up all your Sip favourites while we’re gone. Be sure to pop in, grab your drink, and give her a warm Sip welcome! 🥤💚
