If you’re looking for a lower caffeine alternative to Matcha - this might be your thing. Slow roasting green tea brings out its nutty character, reduces the bitterness and lowers the caffeine content while retaining many of the benefits of green tea. A great afternoon alternative. Try it as a latte.
