These beauties will take approx 5-10 days to finish ripening or stock up and keep them in the fridge for 2-3 weeks+ but trust us, they are worth the wait for that same tree to table freshness you love.

*Ripening tip, pop your avo in a paperbag wih a banana to speed up ripening if you fall out of flow 😉

Whilst it will be a few more months before we harvest again, we look forward to sharing this creamy goodness with the community as soon as possible.

We anticipate our orchard will be ready so start harvesting October/November at this stage so keep your eyes peeled for stock updates 🥑

We went a bit crazy on picking this week with excess fresh stock ready to go. These avos will ripen ready to enjoy in a few days, hold in the fridge for upto 2 weeks, or freeze slices ready to use all year round 😉
