What started as an idea to spend more time at home with the kids has turned into a proper setup.

We’ve put a lot of hours into converting the shed into a fully functioning homekill butchery. From concreting the floors and building the chiller and freezer, to painting and sorting all the small details - it’s been a big job. With plenty of help from family and friends, it’s come together well.

The focus has been doing things properly: clean, tidy, and set up to a high standard. We’re proud of how it’s turned out and are now up and running.
