Thank you so much to everyone for the wonderful support at our bull sale last week. It was a beautiful autumn day and great to have the sun on our backs.
Thank you to all purchasers, underbidders, agents, friends, family, and the helpers on the day, both those out with the bulls and the Alfredton team for providing the delicious breakfast and morning tea. The bulls are going to great homes and we look forward to following them through.
We're excited about next year's crop!

Life's good being a beef farmer!
Over the last couple of months we've been busy carcase scanning the heifers for EMA, fats and IMF (the bulls were scanned back in November), and pregnancy testing the cows and heifers, very happy with 98% in the MA cows.

Merry Christmas everyone! After another full on year it's time to park the bike, give the dogs a rest and enjoy some good food with family and friends.

A big thanks to the Rangitumau catchment group for helping us plant one of our wetland areas. It was a great turn out to get the 1300 native trees in the ground! We are excited at the opportunity to improve biodiversity and support native regeneration.
