Wow what a day! A huge thank you to everyone who joined us on Wednesday for our 47th Annual Bull Sale. We had a full clearance with a top price of $26k twice for Lot 1 (stud) and Lot 2 (commercial) and an average of $13.5k.

We are grateful for our friends and family who helped out on the day, our kids, local agents and the wider PGG Wrightson Genetics team. It takes a team to pull sale day off successfully and we really appreciate you all.

Thank you to all purchasers and underbidders. Whether it was your first Te Taumata bull or you have supported us for many years, we appreciate you all and look forward to feedback on the impact they have in your programme.

LOT 2 SELLS on May 27th at 1pm in our 47th Annual Bull Sale. He is DEEP BODIED ✅️, MODERATE FRAMED ✅️ and EASY FLESHING ✅️ with a BIG TOP and BACK END ✅️ and THICKNESS right down is stifle✅️. He has a SUPER DISPOSITION ✅️ and is VERY CORRECT in his structure✅️. His DAM is a TOP COW ✅️ with a FANTASTIC UDDER ✅️. We would love to retain this bull as a sire in our own breeding programme, but have decided to offer this superior bull for sale and retain semen for in-herd use only.
