NO WASTE BREAD BASKETS! 🍳🥓🧀
Got a few bits and pieces hanging around? Turn them into something delicious..
1. Cut the crusts off slices of bread and press the squares into muffin tins to make little bread baskets.
2. Mix up some egg, cheese, bacon, chives + whatever else needs using.
3. Fill the bread baskets and bake until golden and set.
BUT WAIT… don’t throw those crusts away!
Rip them up, mix them through any leftover egg mixture and pop little spoonfuls onto a tray… hello, crispy egg & bread clusters! 🤤
Perfect for lunchboxes or breakfast
And most importantly… ZERO WASTE!
