Some evenings are worth planning for.

This June, we’re opening the Cellar Door for a series of intimate dinners with the people behind URLAR. A chance to sit at the table, share a meal, and hear the stories behind the wines in your glass.

Head Winemaker Aaron Zuccaro brings over 15 years of experience across New Zealand, Australia, France and the USA. Together with Viticulturist Bevan Lambess, they’ll guide you through the seasons, decisions, and details that shape each vintage.

You’ll also be among the first to taste our newly released Moon Drops Sauvignon Blanc 2026.

A seasonal, family-style menu will be served, designed to be shared and enjoyed at a slower pace.

Thursday 25 June is now sold out.
A limited number of seats remain for Wednesday, 24 June.

Hand harvested, carefully sorted and naturally fermented with wild yeast before maturing in select French oak barrels, our Heaven’s Selection Pinot Noir is only made from the barrels that truly stand apart. Each year, a final barrel-by-barrel tasting determines the blend destined for this wine.

The 2024 vintage has now been recognised with a Silver Medal at this year’s International Wine & Spirit Competition - IWSC, an honour we’re incredibly proud of.

This vintage will continue to evolve beautifully with time, and we look forward to sharing its release with you in the future.

Join us for an intimate dinner with the people behind URLAR.

On the 24th & 25th of June, we’re opening the Cellar Door for an intimate evening.

Head Winemaker Aaron Zuccaro and Viticulturist Bevan Lambess will guide you through a selection of URLAR wines, sharing the seasons, decisions, and land behind each bottle.

Enjoy a relaxed, conversational evening centred around a shared table, with a seasonal, family-style menu including slow-cooked beef brisket, mushroom and parmesan arancini, bang bang cauliflower, marinated pork belly bites, and sticky date pudding with butterscotch cream.

You’ll also be among the first to taste the newly released Moon Drops Sauvignon Blanc 2026.
