✨ It’s the personal touches that make a Mystery Picnic truly special. ✨

I absolutely love the interactions I have with my customers. Every briefing isn’t just about explaining what you’ll be doing, it’s about getting to know "you". 💛

Hearing how you came to do a Mystery Picnic, who gifted it to you and why makes every experience unique.

And then there are those beautiful stories… like this lovely couple, who reminded me that sometimes life gives us the chance to find love again. 🥰

That’s what I love about a Mystery Picnic. It puts you in the right frame of mind for an adventure - where anything is possible, the world is your oyster and you don’t have to control every moment.

There’s something magical about letting go, following the clues, discovering places you may never have heard of, and creating memories along the way. 🧺✨

🚲 WARKWORTH — WE’D LOVE YOUR THOUGHTS! 🌿

We’ve been offered the opportunity to have a few MeloYelo e-bikes based at Village Picnic Matakana HQ here in Warkworth to trial and before we do anything with them, we’d love to hear from our local community.

Rather than simply offering e-bike hire, we’re wondering whether we could create something that encourages people to get out, explore our beautiful area and support local businesses along the way. ❤️

We’d love to develop a few safe, scenic routes that avoid busy main roads wherever possible perhaps taking in parks, the river, local food spots, cafés or other hidden gems that locals know and love.

At this stage, we're thinking indicative hire pricing could be:

🚲 2 hours — $40
🚲 Half day — $65
🚲 Full day — $90

But this is exactly why we're asking! Does that feel reasonable? Would you use them? And where would you want to ride?

It could be something for visitors to enjoy, but equally we'd love to see locals using the bikes to get out and explore their own backyard.

And we'd love the community to help us shape it!

Looking for something a little different to do this Saturday night? Come and enjoy a little glamour right here in Warkworth! 💫

**The Music of Bridgerton** is coming to **Warkworth Town Hall this Saturday 15 August**, featuring a live string quartet and vocalist performing modern, well-known songs in a beautiful classical style. 🎻

🎻 Do I need to have watched Bridgerton?
No! You’ll recognise many of the songs — and the music is the star of the evening.

✨ Do I need to dress up?
Absolutely not. There’s no dress code, but if you’ve been waiting for an excuse to add a little glamour (or butterflies in your hair 🦋), this is your chance!

🪑 Is it seated?
Yes — sit back, relax and enjoy the performance.

Yes! All ages are welcome.
