At Honest Chocolat, we believe that great chocolate begins long before it reaches our hands.

It’s a product of origin, climate, and care - each step in its journey shaping the final flavour and texture. We work with ethical suppliers who share our values of sustainability, quality, and transparency. From cacao farms in regions like Ecuador & Vanuatu to the careful roasting and refining of the beans into couverture, we rely on a trusted chain of hands to bring us exceptional chocolate to w

ork with. Our role is to honour that journey - selecting only the finest single origin couvertures and pairing them with bold, thoughtful flavours to create something truly unique. We don’t use fillers, preservatives, or artificial enhancers. Our ingredients are consciously chosen, and many of our products are free from gluten, soy, and dairy (excluding our milk chocolates), with select options also crafted without added sugar. We aim to satisfy modern tastes without compromising purity or pleasure. Every piece we make reflects our respect for the process, our love of flavour, and our commitment to doing things properly. We start with raw cacao beans from Solomon Islands and craft the chocolate ourselves before turning it into a finished bar.
