Afternoon all. Due to the increased risk from bird flu New Zealand is currently experiencing we would like to inform customers we will no longer be accepting used egg boxes and trays at the stall for the foreseeable and advice they be recycled.
We would also like to let everyone know that all New Zealand eggs and poultry is safe to eat, we just cannot take used packaging back on site.
Other than that its still eggs as usual.

Rescued some unwanted native plants and planted them by the roadside .

Breakfast idea.
Boil egg for 4 minutes (4.5 if really big egg)
Wrap in tea towel for time it takes to make toast.
Add a bit salt to taste.
