I am so happy that I was given an opportunity and grateful for all the tiny hands behind this making this possible. Thanking everyone, for letting me dream this and also for making it possible, so it's not a dream anymore!!!

Ok so this is me just scribbling the prep towards this bake sale. Hope it's helpful to someone, somewhere!!!

Today brought all stuff needed and stock took of possible things needed.

Tonight making mascarpone cheese, because the last time I brought them I didn't like the taste and it was too runny. So, let's make it from scratch. Just make it ahead so it has time to ripen and set properly.

By the way, I already made my batch of candied lemon to go on top of my lemon loaf. Thank you to my friend who generously donated her organic lemons.

Here's me challenging my limits, that's what I like to do. Excited and nervous at the same time!!

This June hoping to do all of this and more with all your support, hoping that this month is gonna smell heavenly just like the smell of fresh bakes!!!

This is my first time doing it, so I have no clue what I am upto. These are my plans. Do add in the comments if you have any more different ideas. Hoping to bake some yummy treats, join for a bakealong, do a school or market stall.

The first bake of the year rolling out.

A cake flavour inspired by the famous Dubai chocolate.

A glimpse of what went inside as the filling. Fresh pistachios ground for the spread, drizzle of dark chocolate and wrapped in a 70% dark chocolate ganache.

Served chilled as it was a really hot day today. So another beautiful birthday to remember!!

Christmas this year. Couldn't have asked for a better one. Did all that I enjoyed, yes of course some crazy days and rush of baking.

I love the baking chaos, packing and yes I like to know what you think of these ....

Some rich fruit cakes, butter and spiced cookies and some chocolate almond babka.

Just a promise to not put any stuff more than your basic kitchen stuff...one bake at a time!!
