This is me doing my thing!

Dont get a photo of me usually as I’m either behind the camera or busy cooking & plating.

Been in the catering & hospo game for a long time now, started at 13 in Christchurch in the kitchen of an elderly home.
I’m based in Mt Somers with my husband Sean & 3 daughters.

This last 2 weeks has been busy with 4 in home dinings, at Terrace downs & The Staveley, plus a local rugby club prizegiving and a buffet dinner for 40. Plus a few quotes for 2027 weddings.
Whatever it is you are after get in touch, I’m happy to cater lots of different options for all budgets.

We come in cook you a delicious meal for you & your guests, and leave your kitchen spotless at the end. From $120pp.

1. Canterbury Lamb rack, kumara mousse, butternut.
2. Miso maple cauliflower steak, parmesan butter bean mash.
3. Thai chicken salad on crispy rice paper
4. Paprika chicken, cauliflower rosti.
5. Fudgy brownie, raspberry couli

Friday night done right ✨
The brief: canapés + dessert for 210 guests.

On the menu:

• Moroccan lamb meatballs with mint cucumber tzatziki
• Thai corn fritters with sour cream & herbs
• Pulled pork tacos
• Southern fried chicken bites with kewpie & sriracha

Dessert was a selection of individual chocolate mousses, cheesecakes & pastry tarts 🍫🍰

With 5 waitstaff on the floor and 3 in the kitchen, everything ran like clockwork. A great team effort and a fantastic night all round!
