Bulk bin granola 🙌

To an oven proof bowl add 3TBSP of coconut oil, 3TBSP of honey or maple syrup, 1TBSP of nut butter, a splash of vanilla and a pinch of salt and pop it in a 180c oven for a few minutes while it preheats to let the coconut oil melt.

Once melted, pull it out, give it a mix and add in 1C of coconut chips, 3C of jumbo oats, and 1C each of whichever nuts and seeds tickle your fancy. Here we used NZ pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flaked almonds and locally grown pecans (ridiculously yum!)

Spread the mix out on a lined baking tray and pack it down lightly. Bake for approximately 15-25 minutes, flipping once. Be sure to keep an eye on it and check it 10 minutes in - it can turn quite quickly!

Wait for it to cool before breaking into chunks and storing in an airtight container for up to a few weeks. Delish with yoghurt, fruit and honey - or just with milk!

Give this post a save so you don’t loose this recipe - all ingredients are available at ᴄʜᴀɴᴛᴀʟ sʜᴏᴘ ɴᴀᴘɪᴇʀ 😋

Is there anything better than leisurely shopping with a hot drink in hand?
Slowing down, reading the labels, and taking the time to appreciate all the work and care growers and suppliers put into their products - and walking away with everything you need all from one stop 🙌

Sounds like the perfect weekend activity to us!
