🍰 Experienced Baker Wanted – 30-35 Hours Per Week 🍰

Location: Onekawa, Napier
Pay Rate: $27 per hour
Hours: Approximately 30 hours per week, with more hours during busy periods

Current Roster (start and finish times can be discussed)

Monday: 7:00am – 2:00pm
Tuesday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
Wednesday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
Thursday: 6:00am – 12:00pm

Hours can be flexible for the right person.

We're looking for an experienced baker to join our busy dessert kitchen in Onekawa. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing high-quality products consistently.

What You'll Need:

✔ Previous baking or commercial kitchen experience
✔ Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality standards
✔ Strong time management and organisational skills
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Full driver's licence and reliable transport to and from work
✔ Confidence driving a company vehicle when required

About the Role:
Baking and preparing a range of desserts and baked goods
Following recipes and production schedules
Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards
Working efficiently to meet daily production targets
Assisting with deliveries when required

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being busy, takes initiative, and has a strong work ethic. Speed, consistency, and attention to detail are essential.
