Salmon, cheese and Na**lm melt.

Par baked salmon, cut into chunks and into a combination of mozzarella, tasty, parmesan, a few splashes of our ‘Medium’ and a carbonara sauce 🤤.

Ciabatta and salmon mixture was topped with more cheese, baked until golden brown and finished off with a generous splashing of ‘Na**lm Neapolitana’.

Spinach and Ricotta Cappellacci topped with a Noxious Nectar infused pasta sauce 👌🏼.

Now I would love to say I hand made these cappellacci from scratch but with a busy schedule as of late I (Mikey) wanted a quick and convenient pasta dish with bold flavour - so off to ALDI Australia I went.

Calabrese pasta sauce and our ‘Hot’ simmered while the spinach and ricotta egg pasta was cooked, strained and plated. Topped with the sauce a warmed smoked speck, Parmesan and fresh mint from the garden.

Our Mild, Medium, Hot and Na**lm Neapolitana pair so well with Italian dishes. Their distinct and robust flavour profiles are perfect for adding to sauces to give them a bit of 🌶️🔥.
