Finally managed to fulfill a pilgrimage to meet Dan and his awesome award winning shop Project_pies_nottingham

It was great to meet the master himself after having followed his incredible journey so far.

Just had to get a big bag full of pies to sample before we head back to NZ.

We've been visiting family for the first time since pre-covid, and of course gorging ourselves on proper Mushy Peas πŸ’š

Thanks for the delicious pies, we'll be back next year πŸ’šπŸ™Œ
