Our food is available Monday to Saturday at Vintage Industries. Creative food for good. We are a food business with a big heart for our local community; we do what we can to support local charities whether it be by donating proceeds from markets, or donating catering and time. Stemming on from this ethos, we believe that Free Range and good quality ingredients are a non-negotiable for a 'soulful'

and delicious experience. We provide gorgeous cakes, divine catering and platters, and over the summer you will see us down at the Seaside Markets serving our crazy pancakes. Our sweet treats are also available at Vintage Industries, Monday to Saturday (located on King Street, New Plymouth).

Christmas hams, swiss rolls, salads and sweets all collected ✅️

That's a wrap from the team at Theory Food for Christmas 2025!

It has been a phenomenon season, hitting the ground running in October and then full steam ahead till this afternoon. It's been our. biggest. Christmas. season ever!

With about 1500 Christmas mince tarts hand made, half a tonne ham glazed and distributed (no joke) 😳, and 18kg of brie in our first week (then I lost count). The quantities are out the gate.

To our team -
The biggest most heart felt thanks to our team who have been nothing short of incredible. Your energy, passion and work ethic has inspired us. You all found another gear and thought of things we didn't. We are so grateful for you and make Theory Food what it is.

POV: We got a call from a customer saying "your Christmas mince tarts are the best I've eaten...and I'm nearly 70. I've just placed an order on your website ". 🫶🤗

We've had so many tarts go out in the last week, and 600 more today but words like those fill you. Especially as each one is individually hand made and packed by our incredible team and super star Pastry Chef.
