We did these last year and they went mental we couldn’t keep up with you all
Beautiful Rich Chocolate Cake drowned in a little Whiskey, decadent Chocolate Mousse w a Whittakers smash top & a little extra mousse on top for good measure 🤤

It’s the last day of the week for us!! I’m so looking forward to a sleep in tomorrow and haha jumping in the kitchen to do some baking.
Aysha is in today helping me get all the things ready and on coffee duty while I pull over 20kgs of Beef for the day 🙃
Iv made a big pot of Risotto for Bombs and will be rolling Mac Balls today too (big day for Panko crumb)
Both are on the menu tonight 🤤

And it’s Saturday so BIRRIA NACHOS are on the menu tonight from 5pm
