Hey Team 👋

We are back at it today!!
Iv had a very productive couple of days off - not sure where I found the motivation (I lost it around Thursday 🤣)

Tilly has been scrubbed from top to bottom inside getting all ready for Summer functions & events. For those of you that are new to following Bite Me yes my Food Trailer is called Tilly 😍

I made my Oyster Bisque on Sunday Meeli helped me with the Focaccia which while left unattended decided it was play dough 🤦🏽‍♀️ but still came out fine.
And lastnight I made what very well could be our new Chicken Taco for this Summer few little tweaks and I think she will be Fking delicious.
My poor family having to be taste testers for the menu 😭

Tonight we have Orange Spiced Pork Belly OG Tacos back on
Birria Beef & Chipotle Chicken Tacos
Plus Loadeds and Desserts

Keep watching as the Menu is forever changing ❤️
