Our staff are here to help you to stay well – working with you, empowering and teaching you through better lifestyle and nutritional techniques. We have been operating since 1979, making us the longest running organic wholefoods store in New Plymouth and one of the first in NZ. We have a qualified Naturopath, Homeopath, Herbalist and a Holistic Nutritionist on staff, who are happy to advise you on

the best product for you – with food-based supplements, homeobotanicals, homeopathic remedies, and herbal dispensary in store. We love to support high quality and NZ made supplement companies. We research the products that we sell to make sure we are happy with the quality, level of potential absorption, and price. We aim to provide a wide range of the best organic foods and products available. Usually every Tuesday and Friday we get a delivery of fresh NZ grown organic seasonal fruit and vegetables; and on Tuesday & Wednesday we get a range of fresh gluten-free & sour dough breads. We also stock:

Has gastro made its way through your household lately? 🤢

A few of us have young kids and there seems to be a fair bit of it doing the rounds at kindy, daycare and school at the moment🤒

While rest, hydration and good hygiene are key, our naturopaths have a few gentle wellness tips that may help support recovery.

👉🏽Activated Charcoal is often used to support the body's natural detoxification processes. For children, some parents choose to open a capsule and add a small amount to porridge or a smoothie.

👉🏽A combination of Slippery Elm and Psyllium Husk may help support digestive comfort. Psyllium can help keep things moving, while Slippery Elm is traditionally used to soothe the digestive tract.

👉🏽Staying hydrated is especially important. We've recently welcomed BePure Wellness Immune Electrolyte Recover, an easy to use powder containing electrolytes plus elderberry, which is rich in vitamin C. The reason we love this one is that it is suitable for children aged 4+.

What a fantastic afternoon🌱

Thank you to everyone who came along to our Gut & Immune Reset event over the weekend with Lisa Tamati Endurance Athlete and Tracy Cowley.

We came away with so many practical tips for supporting immune resilience and gut health, and it was fascinating to learn more about Lisa's new longevity supplement, Rejuvenate Pro.

Lisa and Tracy are so genuine and shared such a wealth of knowledge, experience, and passion, we could have happily listened to them for hours. Thankyou so much for your time. 🙏

We love bringing our community together for events like these.
