Our Story
I am a long time fan of Asian flavours, having trained with a Japanese sushi chef. I find that Thai and Japanese style dishes lend themselves really well towards gluten free cooking. Being a hunter gatherer, I love cooking on the beach. My favourite meal is paella over hot coals after a day on the water.
