Fun French w**e highlight! Hailing from the Languedoc region of Southern France this Picpoul de Pinet is a swell, sour treat. The name literally means 'lip-stinger'!

The bright acidity pairs wonderfully with seafood of all kinds, without a doubt an excellent accompaniment to fish n' chips if you're feeling fancy 😊

Albariño from Hawke’s Bay? Absolutely. And this one from Linden Estate is a great example of why the variety is finding such a happy home in New Zealand.

Fresh peach and citrus, with a lovely saline, seaside character and plenty of texture. There’s also a subtle leesy, barrel-aged richness that gives the w**e a little more weight and complexity, while keeping that bright, refreshing Albariño character. 🍋🌊
