Hey Everyone! We wanted to extend a huge Thank you to every single one of you who made our Best of Busybrook 2026 sale possible and so much fun! We are humbled and grateful for the amazing result we achieved on April 10!
We couldn't have done it without the help of so many people.
Firstly, a massive thank you to our on-farm crew especially to Levi, Rueben and Mike for the huge amount of effort they put into breaking the cattle in, on top of all the extra work that goes into putting a sale on.
Thank you to Christian, Alfredo, and Rolly for keeping the wheels spinning on the farm, you're a great team and we can't thank each and every one of you enough.
To Kelvin and Debbie our landowners, Thank you for giving us the opportunity to sharemilk on your beautiful farm.
We would also like to thank a very special person to us, Glenys who provided all the meals, kept our crew fed and watered extremely well for the week. Your are a true legend not to mention the love and care you put into rearing all our calves each year. You are a weapon! Your meals and yarns will go down in Busybrook Sale history forever.
To Rob and Bec Walmsley Thank you both so much for all your effort, not just at sale time but every single day of the year looking after our Australian stock. Without you we wouldn't be able to have Busybrook Australia, it's a fun ride! You are legends!
To our fitting crew Paddy, Bradley, Nicole, Isaac, Mal, Riley, Margaret, Neko, Odyssey, Bernie, Toby, and Annika! We had the best week with you all. Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedules to come down to the middle of nowhere to wrangle our cattle! We hope you had as much fun over the week as we did! Thanks so very much for all your effort you got them all out on point. The amount of work you put in over the week and on sale day was incredible and we truly couldn't be more grateful for you all.
Bradley and Nicole thanks for all your extra effort in organising the crew, transport of sale stock and transfers. You are an amazing team. Thanks for taking the pressure off, you go above and beyond, thank you both so much.
To Luke Gardiner, mate, what an effort! From the catalogue through to sale week, Facebook promotion, photography and videography. We are so grateful for your skills, dedication and the vision you have. It's a privilege to work with you. Thank you so so much for the countless hours you put in.
To Nick Sarbacker at Cattleclub.com Thank you so much for flying to the other side of the world to photograph and picture for us. We love having you here and we are incredibly grateful for your skill, enthusiasm and for the energy you bring!
Thanks so much to Brian Leslie DLS for making the effort to come over again and sell the sale for us. We are so grateful for your input not only on sale day but also your enthusiasm and encouragement of what we are doing here at Busybrook!
We greatly appreciate your friendship, and the skill and knowledge you have of our game! Second to none.
To the team at PGG Wrightsons, Andrew, Diesel, Bernie, Bill, Barry and Wayne- Thanks for your professionalism and the effort you put into running the sale, we couldn't ask for a better group of roosters to run the sale for us. We thoroughly enjoy working with you guys.
To Ryan Adam Thank you so much for all your effort on the building front. You're as good with one arm as most blokes are with two. We appreciate you making the time to help us out and are super grateful for your work.
Special thanks to the graveyard shift crew Mike, Rhys, Phil, Tim, Logan and Abby. We appreciate you keeping an eye on the cattle and keeping them clean throughout the night. You can't buy the experience you guys bring. Thanks for enduring Tims yarns throughout the evening and we hope you'll all be back again next time.
Thanks again to our manager Levi, Nathans right-hand man. This day wouldn't be possible without his enormous amount of support, hard work and passion for our herd.
The late nights and early mornings you pour into always going the extra mile don't go unnoticed and we are truly grateful for all that you do mate. Thanks for making it a ripper.
Thank you to our family and friends for all your support and help in bringing the day together. Thanks for putting up with all the cow chat and for dropping everything to help when needed.
๐Lastly, but certainly not least - We would love to thank our buyers and underbidders for your support of Busybrook genetics and what we do.
We don't take it for granted people turning up and spending their hard earned money on our animals.
We sincerely hope the animals you have purchased do really well for you all and exceed your expectations going forward.
