Big milestone for us 🙌

After a busy few months building and improving our home-kill setup, we’ve taken one of our biggest steps yet — we now have our own killing truck. No more relying on having a tractor available, which makes the whole process smoother, safer, and more efficient for everyone.

This has been 6 years in the making, and every bit of hard work has been worth it. We’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come.

A huge shout out to Jamie Pocock at Stag & Steel – Wild Precision for the outstanding engineering work. The quality and attention to detail has been second to none.
We’re now taking bookings for beef, sheep, and pigs 🐄🐑🐖

Size difference between a 668kg beast on the hook and a 337kg beast. A beef in the 300s on hook weight (hook weight is skin and guts off, in quarters hanging) is a large/good size beef. This thing was 668kg!! Absolutely insane!! Lucky our clients love mince. Not bad looking steak either for that size beef.
