On Saturday we attended WS Hickey & Sons 70 years of business whilst co-hosting the Royal Agricultural Show National Golden Fleece competition! It was an incredible day highlighting many amazing fleeces as well as a broad exhibition of all things wool ❤️. Congratulations to Armidale Merino Stud for taking out the Champion spot with a stunning merino ram fleece. Thank you to the WS Hickey team and especially Hayden & Rachel for your dedication to the wool industry - Brent would be proud.

Check out the impressive list of fleece entrants for the Central Otago A & P Show. With 170 fleeces this was an outstanding display representing the hard work and dedication of sheep farmers, wool classers, wool brokers (special thanks to Hayden and WS Hickey & Sons) and all the other rural professionals that support the growth of the world’s best fibre. ❤️
