Corn fritters are my go to! I grated some yellow and green courgette into this - (although the yellow courgette was more on the marrow size of the scale), and added cheese - little man loved them tonight!

Made this Feijoa crumble last night - scooped flesh into a lightly greased baking dish, few teaspoons of honey and a splash of vanilla extract mixed through that then an unmeasured mixture of oats, coconut threads, brown sugar, flour, and butter spread on the top and baked until the top browned and the Feijoa goodness was bubbling through :)
