Three w**es. Three vintages each. One magnificent room.

On Saturday 24 October at 4pm, we open the Cable Bay W**e Library, where we keep the back vintages that rarely leave our cellar. Andrew Parkinson guides you through three Cable Bay w**es across three vintages each, poured side by side, with our w**emaker Ashton Hendriks at the table: the same sites, the same hands, nine glasses and a clear look at what these w**es do with time. Expect honest talk about the seasons that made each one, and a few bottles you won't find on any list.

$89 per person. Seats are very limited.

It's slower. It's also the reason the w**es taste like where they're from.
