Thank you to all who have checked in with us post the recent flooding in the Ohura district. We are very fortunate that we haven’t lost any stock (unlike our neighbouring friends) or have major slips that need tidying up.

The water levels have dropped significantly!!

After a heavy crop of oats, I was getting worried that the turnip seed did get in the ground fast enough….
Quite relived though, after the flooding dumped 25mm of silt through it.

Had a chance to work it up properly and monitoring the new growth.

Thanks to our small, but amazing, team of helpers. After a frosty winter, the lambs are looking great.
