Excited to welcome the latest additions to the Madison River Angus family.

3 lovely young ladies from Matauri Angus in Northland .
They arrived in the dark last night but seemed very calm ( considering they had a 9 hour ride to get here )

Matauri has been breeding for 80 years , so these girls are packed full of great genetics.
Being a hard hill country block , Matauri has bred them to be smaller frame ( are over 100kgs lighter than my other girls that are the same age )
It will be interesting to watch their development ( now they are in the land of milk and honey )

Very excited to welcome Donna S34 to Madison River Angus.

She’s a beautiful , big , 4.5 year old ( tipped the scales at 652kg with an empty tummy )

Has a stunning pedigree ( is a Sitz Stellar 726D , daughter )
Her EBV’s are pretty high end as well ( cant wait to introduce her to my Logo Bulls . That “relationship” should produce some stunning offspring)

Very , very grateful to the Stokman Angus Team for allowing us the opportunity to introduce such a high calibre lady into the herd

The blue tags are the registered pedigree girls from Stokman Angus Farm
The yellows are the purebred commercial Heifers ( plus there’s a couple of Herefords to add a bit of colour)
