We have had some very busy weeks with the lead up to Christmas that I have roped in my mum Cathy and my old boss Robert Earney from Melbourne to help in the butchery. Our chillers and freezers are pretty full with orders ready to be processed and to be picked up with more to come in the next few weeks.
