It’s time to reveal the answer for the 3rd gelato duo flavour!!!

Congrats 🎉 and good guess!!! We thought this time it was harder, but didn’t look like so🤣 You guys are too smart and too experienced in dessert eating🤣
I promise the next round will be difficult!!!!! 😣

We added some twists in the flavours, so it’s salted cheese thai tea, rather than the normal one, plus mango sticky rice (we blended sticky rice inside). Hope both are interesting for you!!!
We strongly recommend to eat the mango sticky rice first, then move on to taste the Thai tea. Don’t do the other way around 🤣

The price is still $20, for a tub of 450g, duo flavour.
Order is open from Wed to Sun this week! We only have limited spots per day so order ASAP to avoid disappointment. 🍨

Tiramisu is our all time favorite dessert☕️. And we wonder why some desserts can become a classic while others are not.

One important thing may be how balance the flavours are but at the same time still keep rich layers of taste and texture. It’s all about balance.

So a good tiramisu must achieve such balance: between sweetness and bitterness, between the taste of coffee and the taste of alcohol, between the velvety mascarpone cheese and that thin, crunchy layer of sugar on top of the ladyfingers. And above all, it has to have a rich flavor yet a light texture. It is a dessert full of contrasting elements.

Yes tiramisu is a simple dessert to follow the recipe and reproduce, but often the simpler the steps are, the more thinking and skills it requires. And that is why not all tiramisu tastes the same. (And that is also why not all tiramisu tastes as good as the one from as usual cakery!!)🤩

It’s finally summertime! Say hello to our new Piña Colada chiffon cake! 🍹

This cake is inspired by one of our favorite tropical cocktails, Piña Colada, and we made it into a cake version, to go on to your dessert table!

3 Layers of cloud-soft chiffon packed with 2 layers of different fillings🍍
（this cake is taller and heavier than other flavours)

- Fluffy and light chiffon base
- Coconut whipped cream (low sugar)
- Lime-infused pineapples
- Pineapple jelly (two versions: without alcohol; or with some rum! Adult-only)

It’s refreshing and classic, gives you a tropical getaway vibe in every bite! ☀️

It’s time to reveal the flavours!!!!
And they are… White chocolate matcha 🍵 and yuzu!! This time it’s a classic Japanese flavor combo.

(I’m surprised so many of you had the right guesses, just by looking at the colors😮）

Yuzu is always my favorite citrus; it’s strong citrusy flavor with some delicate bitterness inside, just so refreshing and beautiful. You can also find some yuzu zest inside the gelato, giving different textures. I always prefer layered flavors and textures, which adds more fun to the palate, rather than just the plain single one.

As for the matcha, I used some white chocolate to balance out the bitterness and astringency of matcha. But don’t worry - it’ll not overwhelm the matcha flavor. So still classic matcha style🍵

Also, these two flavours are a good mix together! Eat them in one spoon, it gives you the third flavor 🥰

Plus, the weather this week is just perfect for some gelato!!!! 🍨

Price is the same, $20 for a 450g tub. DM for ordering. Pick up on this Sat (10 Oct), Sun (11 Oct), and Mon (12 Oct).

As the weather is getting warmer, we are excited to bring you our new range: Artisan Gelato!
Just like our signature cakes, this series is also low-sugar, made in small batches, using whole and seasonal ingredients, and contains zero preservatives. Just pure, genuine gelato goodness.

We’re keeping it fun with unique, interesting flavours you won’t find anywhere else! For this weekend, we are scooping:

🍑 Peach Oolong (brewed with premium oolong tea & dried peach pieces)

This is our special creation for the mid-autumn festival. In the Northern Hemisphere, Sep and Oct is osmanthus season, so we infused that delicate floral fragrance right into this cake, layered with oolong cream, tea jelly, and crisp Nashi pear. A cake that balances floral, fruity, and tea notes, leaving fragrance lingering on your palate.
A little cultural note: the handmade rabbit cookie is inspired by the Jade Rabbit of Chinese folklore, who symbolizes selflessness, purity, and longevity. So sending good wishes to you all!
