This is our special creation for the mid-autumn festival. In the Northern Hemisphere, Sep and Oct is osmanthus season, so we infused that delicate floral fragrance right into this cake, layered with oolong cream, tea jelly, and crisp Nashi pear. A cake that balances floral, fruity, and tea notes, leaving fragrance lingering on your palate.
A little cultural note: the handmade rabbit cookie is inspired by the Jade Rabbit of Chinese folklore, who symbolizes selflessness, purity, and longevity. So sending good wishes to you all!

Hi lovely people! It’s been 2 months since we last made cake slices & basque slices and this Friday we’re selling them again🎉

For this Friday we got:
- Toffee caramel apple chiffon slice (perfect for winter time)
- Thai tea and mango chiffon slice (new version of the old milk tea & pearl chiffon!!!!)
- Taro & Pandan basque combo (two unique flavours)

FYI this time the chiffon slices are in a generous portion: they’re 1/4 of a 6-inch cake. So it’s almost double size as the slices we sold previously.
