What an absolutely wonderful evening with Matt Paterson-Green, the winemaker from Jackson Estate. Twenty three years of knowledge was laid out before us and the opportunity to taste wines which had been aged. How lucky we were. Welcome to Tabitha, Charlotte, Ian and Stephanie.
