We are cruising around these Scandinavian islands and shallow waters in comparison to the fathoms of waters before.
The Pilot boat was accompanying us for about 4 hrs mid morning. Loads of container ship plying the waters delivering their cargo.
The pilot jumped off the moving Crown Princess onto the moving Tug boat and vanished over the horizon when his job was done.
All along the Scandinavian coast hundreds of wind farms generating power are slowly going around.
Poland our next port of call at 7.30 am in the morning so another great day experiencing another countries culture and life styles. You never know I may find a market or two to view. Life is good . 🌺

This is Belgium, arrived in Zeebrugga, caught the Tran that travels 67 k with 60 stops going through small and karfe towns. Hugs the coast Line. Went a few stops past Ostend had a look around and returned.
The trsm lines in the middle of the road. Cycling is huge a strip up one side and only one lane between that and the tram for cars going one way on each side. Not many cars with trams.….chocker.

I wonder if the suits in Auckland bothered to look. Great people movers.

These small petunias were everywhere, love this high pole with them in it, also small uvy geraniums in others.
The lanes had kids on cycles following each other in single file, 2 teacher at the front 2 at the back 50 kids in the middle.

The foliage is like Pineapple sage. They lookaed so good in barrels as the Market in La Havre Normandy. 🌺

Farmers market in La Harve breads a feast to your eyes and traditional savoury items.

A nice find, in La Harve markets, the idea is better than the taste.
A round of Philo pastry add mashed potato to the centre, add bacon diced make a hole/well in potato drop in an egg ? ( He forgot to put seasoning in , young and inexperienced) ) deep fry carefully . I’d shallow fry for a minute on each side and put in the oven . Nice lunch or picnic bacon and egg pie.

We have the dairy in nz but definitely not the culture? A Cheese stand at the Sunday market here in La Harve in Normandy.

It was delightful seeing such a mixed array of shopping, one of our down falls at the Farmers Markets.
Thousand upon thousands milling about shopping, chatting and drinking coffee.
Once again we in gods own lack population for vibrancy, variety of shopping in one place. My personal opinion only.

La Harve chocolate shop Bill would have been in his element, the lovely assistant allowed me to take photos. Even gave me a little sample . The customers appear to drop in at the weekend and select their box ( that's priced on the outside in photo ) clean professional shop.
