2 decades ago brands REMPAH and SILK ROAD was introduced separately to the lovely people of New Zealand. Beautiful South Asian/Malaysian flavours to homes throughout the Country.
A decade ago, REMPAH & SILK ROAD decided to come together as GOURMET BRANDS NZ Ltd (GBNZLTD) in bringing the bold, beautiful flavours of South Asia, straight to your table with an enhance variety of sauces, heat & eat meals, our incredibly famous Roti Chanai and Naan breads for the people of New Zealand wherever they maybe in Aotearoa New Zealand. 🇳🇿

Today, we're celebrating 10 incredible years as GOURMET BRANDS NZ Ltd (GBNZLTD) carrying the brands REMPAH & SILK ROAD proudly on its banner, and none of it would have been possible without YOU, our loyal customers, our community, our biggest supporters. 🙌

FRY-day just got an upgrade 😮‍🔥
LOADED FRIES with Rempah curry sauce, crispy bacon & melted cheese… say less.

Ingredients
🍛 Rempah curry sauce
🍟 Bag of fries
🥓 Bacon
🌱 Spring onion
🧀 Cheese

Steps

1. Air fry or deep fry your fries until golden
2. While that cooks, stir fry bacon till crispy
3. Heat up Rempah curry sauce in a saucepan
4. Once fries are done, place into an oven dish
5. Pour over the curry sauce (more the better 😉)
6. Add cheese on top
7. Bake for 10 mins or until cheese is melted
8. ⁠Top with bacon & spring onion

Save this for tonight 🔥
