❤More bookings needed - any ladies out there in need of a treat and at the same time raising funds for the ovarian cancer foundation NZ.❤

I am taking bookings for the fund raising afternoon tea in aid of Ovarian Cancer Foundation NZ.

We have moved the afternoon tea to Saturday 7th March, 2pm - 4.30pm.

$20 pp for a special afternoon tea and fun games.

LADIES, LADIES, LADIES. WAHINE, WAHINE, WAHINE- it's afternoon tea time

February is ovarian cancer awareness month.Everyday one woman is diagnosed with ovarian cancer- statistics say more than half those diagnosed won't live beyond five years- we need to take action

With 3 daughters and 5 granddaughters I am taking action-

Saturday 28th February, 2pm - 4.30pm, at Manoy house, Poole Street, come to an afternoon tea - bring your Mum. Gran, Aunt or Daughter- enjoy afternoon tea in beautiful gardens (weather permitting)- there will be a fun quiz and even some bingo and most importantly information on symptoms that we need to take notice of, as there is no screening for this cancer.

$20 pp which goes to Ovarian Cancer fundraising. Limited places- come on ladies- let's all take action. 💪

Such a pleasure hosting the Lionesses for High Tea yesterday. Creamy mushroom vol eu vents and coronation chicken sandwiches were a hit as were the plum muffins and orange and chocolate shortbread biscuits.

Unfortunately there will be no high teas during the month of April.

Judy's party of 3 has a collective age of 281 years,(do the math), one lady is still doing community work and another is studying medieval England and the Ottoman Reign- amazing ladies. The asparagus rolls were enjoyed as were the mango and pear crumbles and lemon mousse. 🥰

Finally the sun came out for Melissa, Rory and lots of his Grandmas high tea. Mushroom vol eu vents and red and yellow pepper mini pizzas then some Panna cotta with summer berries, merengues with mango and pear and fruit and fresh cream- thanks for coming 😋

The weather is still not the best but we managed a high tea anyway- and my sunflowers brought some sun to the afternoon.

What a beautiful day for Dianne to have a birthday high tea with her friends. The asparagus and cream cheese rolls were a hit as were the chocolate strawberries and cream puffs. The ladies finished the afternoon sitting in the garden enjoying a surprise birthday cake brought by one of her friends- 😋 perfect.
