Being a family run, local beekeeping business, we love to provide affordable honey of high quality to the family table. We are passionate about bees and pride ourselves on our ability to look after the bee population by minimising chemical contact with the bees and taking steps to ensure the health of each individual hive. Our honeys that we produce vary according to the season, and often include

Clover / Pasture, Bush (may include kamahi, manuka / kanuka, clover, rata, honeydew and more), Rata, Honeydew and Manuka. We also produce mated queens and queen cells for the commercial beekeeper.

Help protect New Zealand honeybees by preventing this invasive pest establishing themselves 🐝

"Early embryo nests can be as small as a tennis ball and may appear within just a couple of days. Do NOT disturb the nest, take a photo, and report it to Biosecurity New Zealand."

Biosecurity New Zealand said to report a specimen or clear photo of a suspect hornet and a possible hornet nest to their website or pest and disease line 0800 80 99 66.

"It's certainly not a pest we want in New Zealand,"

Experts say the species preys on honeybees and could severely impact the honey industry if a population takes hold.
