DUTY MANAGER - FOUR SQUARE HOUHORA

We are looking for a motivated leader, team player and someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment to join our team as a Duty Manager at Four Square Houhora.

If you are local, you'll know this is an opportunity worth applying for as you'll be living AND working in paradise! If you are not local, this may be the opportunity you've been looking for to move to paradise!

What You'll Be Doing:
• Delivering and leading exceptional customer service
• Shift leadership and support of the team
• Keeping high standards and maintaining stock levels across the store
• Undertaking necessary administrative functions of the role, e.g. maintaining Health & Safety and Food Safety standards
• Being part of a positive, hardworking crew who genuinely care about the community
• Maintaining the requirements set out by our liquor and Lotto licenses

What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience in a similar role - preferably in a supermarket, retail or hospitability environment
• LCQ/Managers Certificate preferred (or 6 months experience in the sale and supply of alcohol and the willingness to obtain your Managers Certificate)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A positive, can-do attitude who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
• A strong work ethic and the ability to cope well under pressure
• Problem-solving skills with good attention to detail
• Reliable, organised and confident working with people

Hours:
• 20+ hours per week
• A mixture of weekday, evening and weekend shifts TBC
