Evening routines matter just as much as mornings — especially when you’re trying to stay consistent.
Here’s what our wind-down routine looks like:
1. create a hit list for tomorrow
2. brew a relaxing mug of butterfly pea tea with a splash of lemon and honey
3. chill by the fireplace and feel the warm glow whilst listening to the autumn wind outside
This rhythm helps me sleep better and show up stronger the next day.
