Well, things have been a little WILD around here lately. 🛠️

Crazy days, long hours, and a few office worms turning into tradies instead of butterflies. 😂

We’re down to the final few details at our new Christchurch factory, and in just a few days, we’ll be firing things up and making your favourite Zamora sausages right here!

Turns out we’re not just a bunch of sausage makers after all. Who knew? 👀

The big move to Christchurch is officially underway! 🚛

Nico and Jess got behind the wheel of a hired truck and hit the road with some of our machinery, while João from sales and even Sam from admin jumped in to lend a hand unloading everything. No job titles here, just getting stuck in! 😂

Now the real fun begins… renovations! The new factory needs a fair bit of love before we can start making sausages, so the whole Zamora crew is swapping their usual jobs for paintbrushes, tools and cleaning gear.

Turns out, we’re a pretty handy bunch! 🔨🧹

A new member is joining the Zamora family, straight from Taiwan 🇹🇼 and we have a feeling this one is going to become a crowds favourite pretty fast!

We make our sausages in small batches, by hand, because good things take a bit of time and a fair bit of elbow grease.
