NEW LOOK FOR B**A 👀
After all this time I felt B**A needed a little change.

A lot has happened since we started, the business has grown, my pizza has changed and I think the brand needed to change with it.

So here it is… our new logo.
We also decided to go with Pizza Napoletana instead of B**a Pizza. It feels a bit more like who we are and the pizza we make today.

Still B**A, still making pizza the same way, just a new look and bigger goals

A little something we’ve been working on for a while… and today we finally get to share it with you.

Tonight we’re opening our new B**A food truck at Yum Hub.

You’ll still find all the pizzas you love, plus a few new ones we’ve been working on.

Same pizza, same people — just a new little home on wheels. ❤️

We’re really proud of this next step and very grateful for all the support along the way.

The B**a Special 🍕

I created this pizza around a combination I’ve always loved: prosciutto and rocket.

I wanted something creamy and full of flavour, but still fresh and not too heavy. The prosciutto brings the saltiness, the rocket gives it a fresh little kick, and the whipped ricotta brings everything together.

It’s simple, balanced and definitely one of the pizzas people keep coming back for.

🥈 World Vice Champion – Pizza World Championship 2026 🍕

Still trying to process this.

A year ago, I won the New Zealand title and earned the chance to compete in Naples. Last week, I had the honour of finishing as World Vice Champion at the Pizza World Championship by APN - Pizzaiuoli Napoletani and Caputo - Il Mulino di Napoli

But more than the result, this post is about gratitude.

First of all, thank you to every customer who has supported B**a Pizza from day one. Every pizza sold, every message, every recommendation and every visit to the food truck has helped me get here. Without your support, none of this would have been possible.

To my family, thank you for being there every step of the way.
Having my wife, my son, my mum and my brother there in Naples made this moment even more special.

To my amazing wife Maika and my son Emi, thank you for giving me a reason every day to keep pushing, learning and growing.
This podium belongs to you as much as it belongs to me.
For the nights I’m not home.
For the weekends spent working.
For the holidays that don’t feel like holidays.
For every sacrifice that comes with building a dream from scratch.
Thank you for believing in me.

B**a will be Closed from May 26 until June 25 because we are heading to Naples to compete in the Caputo cup championship.

Last year we won the New Zealand stage with our Bosco pizza in the contemporanea category.

I will be sharing the whole journey through stories here: pizzas, pizzerias, ingredients, behind the scenes and everything we learn along the way.

And trust me … when we come back, nothing will be the same 👀

🥳 One month ago, we made a big upgrade.
We swapped our two Ooni Koda 12”ovens for two Ooni Koda 2 Max 24” each.

Bigger space. Better consistency. More control.

Now we can cook 4 pizzas at once instead of 2, which means less waiting time and a smoother service for everyone.

But this didn’t just happen.
We were welding stainless steel at 2am, building and adjusting everything ourselves.
Long nights, getting it done.

We extended the bench, fixed the ovens into it, and created a setup that’s solid, clean, and made to move with us.

This is how we do things , step by step, always improving.
We’re proud to be cooking on .
Now the question is:

what’s next?
A bigger oven?
A food truck?
Or a shop?
